Yunquera
Yunquerra is 50 km from Marbella but until recently could only be reached by a winding road up through the Ronda mountains. Now however, improved road links have made it much more accessible which has pushed property prices up.
Despite its growing popularity it has retained its charm as a traditional Spanish village and is located in a beautiful and stunning countryside area. The surrounding mountain peaks reach to over 1500m above sea level and the caps are covered in snow for short periods each year.
